Schedule

This is a continuing promotion with one drawing each week. Drawings are held every Thursday at approximately 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") (each a "Drawing Date"), beginning Thursday, October 8, 2026. Grand Prize per drawing: one (1) PrimePutt XL putting green (3′ × 12′) with walnut backstop and cups, Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") $549. Referral Prize per drawing (contingent, see Section 4): one (1) PrimePutt XL putting green, ARV $549. An entry is eligible for one (1) drawing only: the first Drawing Date after it is received. Limit one (1) entry per person for the duration of the promotion.

1. Sponsor

Level Sports Co., d/b/a PrimePutt, 2810 N Church St, Unit 69952, Wilmington, DE 19802 ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Void outside the fifty United States and the District of Columbia and where prohibited or restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Limit one (1) Grand Prize per person and per household in any twelve (12) month period, except that a Referrer may receive the Referral Prize in addition to any other entrant's Grand Prize.

3. Promotion Structure; How to Enter

Each Drawing Period begins at 12:00:00 p.m. ET on a Drawing Date and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on the next Drawing Date; the first Drawing Period begins when the entry page opens and ends at 11:59:59 a.m. ET on Thursday, October 8, 2026. An eligible entry received during a Drawing Period is included in the drawing held at the end of that Drawing Period only. After that drawing the entry has no further chance to win the Grand Prize; an entrant's remaining chance to receive a putting green is the Referral Prize described in Section 4. Sponsor may end the promotion at any time by notice on the entry page; entries received before the notice remain eligible for the next Drawing Date.

To enter, visit primeputt.com/pages/win and complete and submit the entry form, including a valid email address and a mobile telephone number (used to notify the winner). All fields marked required must be completed. Consenting to marketing text messages is optional and is not required to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per household for the duration of the promotion. A person who has already entered may not enter again in a later Drawing Period; a later submission from the same person, email address or household is not a new entry, does not create eligibility for any later drawing, and is void. Sponsor determines the Drawing Period of an entry by the date and time the entrant's email address was first received in Sponsor's system. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means, and entries by any means that subvert the entry process, are void. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

4. Referrals; Referral Prize

After entering, an entrant may share a personal referral link with friends. A person who enters through a referral link enters on the same terms and with the same odds as any other entrant; using a referral link is not required to enter. Referring others does not award additional entries and does not increase any entrant's odds of winning the Grand Prize. If the verified Grand Prize winner of any drawing entered using an eligible entrant's referral link, that entrant (the "Referrer") will also receive one (1) Referral Prize: one (1) PrimePutt XL putting green, ARV $549. The Referral Prize does not depend on the Referrer's own entry being eligible for that drawing: a Referrer may receive a Referral Prize in any Drawing Period after his or her own entry, for as long as the promotion runs, and may receive the Referral Prize more than once, limited to one (1) Referral Prize per Referrer per Drawing Date. The Referrer is the entrant whose referral link was used to submit the winning entry, as recorded in Sponsor's system, or, if no referral link was used, the entrant named (by name and email address) in the winning entry's optional "A friend sent me" field, provided that named person is an eligible entrant whose email address matches an entry received before the winning entry. If a referral link and a named referrer disagree, the referral link governs. A name that does not match an eligible entrant establishes no Referrer. Self-referrals, referrals to the same person or household, and referral links used by an ineligible or disqualified entrant are void. If an alternate Grand Prize winner is selected, the Referral Prize (if any) is determined by the alternate's entry. If the Referrer is ineligible or cannot be verified, no Referral Prize is awarded and no alternate Referrer is selected. Only one Referral Prize will be awarded per Drawing Date. A Referrer must satisfy all eligibility and verification requirements of these Official Rules. Referral messages are sent by email only, are commercial messages from Sponsor, include Sponsor's postal address and an unsubscribe mechanism, and will not be sent to any address that has opted out of Sponsor email. By submitting a referral, the entrant represents that he or she personally knows the recipient and has the recipient's permission to send the message. Recipients are not added to any marketing list unless they choose to subscribe.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

On each Drawing Date, one (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all entries eligible for that Drawing Date. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible entries for that drawing. Whether a Referral Prize is awarded depends on whether the verified Grand Prize winner entered through an eligible entrant's referral link. An entrant may win no more than one (1) Grand Prize in any twelve (12) month period.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be notified by telephone and email (and by text message, if the entrant opted in) within five (5) business days of the drawing; Sponsor will make up to two (2) attempts. A notification returned as undeliverable results in forfeiture. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of its transmission and, where lawful, may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (except where prohibited) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of receipt. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the time required, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate potential winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting. Up to three (3) alternates may be selected. The Referral Prize is awarded only after the Grand Prize winner has been verified.

7. Prizes

Grand Prize: as stated in the Schedule, ARV $549. Referral Prize (if applicable): as stated in Section 4, ARV $549. Total ARV of prizes per Drawing Date: up to $1,098. Total ARV of prizes for which any single entry is eligible in its drawing: up to $1,098. A Referrer may, in addition, receive a Referral Prize (ARV $549) in a later drawing as described in Section 4. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution or substitution of any kind is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. Prize will be shipped to a physical address in the fifty United States or the District of Columbia within thirty (30) days of verification. Prizes are awarded "as is"; any warranty is Sponsor's standard product warranty. Sponsor is not responsible for a prize after delivery to the carrier. Winner is responsible for installation and use. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Any prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Purchase after entry. If a verified Grand Prize winner purchased a PrimePutt putting green from Sponsor after submitting his or her entry and before the Drawing Date, the winner may elect either (a) to receive the Grand Prize, or (b) a refund of the purchase price of that green (not including accessories) in lieu of the Grand Prize. The election is made at verification; one prize per winner per drawing in either case.

8. Offers to Entrants

Entrants will receive marketing offers from Sponsor, including an offer made at the time of entry and available for a limited period after entry (for example, accessories at no additional charge with the purchase of a PrimePutt putting green within a stated period). Any such offer is a marketing offer only, is not a prize, is not part of this sweepstakes, is not a ranking or result of the drawing, and requires a purchase. No purchase is necessary to enter or win this sweepstakes, and no purchase affects the odds of winning.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, state of residence, likeness, voice, and prize information, including a recording of the winner notification call and any photographs or video the winner provides, for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation, notice or approval.

10. General Conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, acts in violation of these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; in such event Sponsor will award the prize for the affected drawing in a random drawing from among eligible entries received prior to the action taken. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. Notice of any cancellation, suspension or modification will be posted at primeputt.com/pages/win. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant releases and holds harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, employees and agents of each (the "Released Parties") from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt, use or misuse of any prize, including personal injury, death, or property damage. The Released Parties are not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate entry information; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; technical or human error in the administration of the promotion or the processing of entries; or any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation in the promotion or use of a prize. Sponsor's liability is limited to the value of the prize.

12. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that any dispute arising from this promotion will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and that these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE] without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any claims, judgments and awards are limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event attorneys' fees or any indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages.

13. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at primeputt.com/policies/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree to receive marketing email from Sponsor; you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. If you provide a mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (for example, offers and reminders) from PrimePutt at the number provided, sent using an autodialer or automated system. Consent is not a condition of entry or of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. 14. Winners List

For the name of a winner (first name, last initial and state), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Level Sports Co., d/b/a PrimePutt, 2810 N Church St, Unit 69952, Wilmington, DE 19802, Attn: PrimePutt Giveaway Winner, stating the Drawing Date, within sixty (60) days after that Drawing Date, or email info@primeputt.com with the subject "Giveaway Winner" and the Drawing Date. A copy of these Official Rules may be requested the same way.

15. Meta

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram and Facebook are released from any liability by each entrant. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion must be directed to Sponsor, not to Meta. By entering, each entrant releases Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability arising from this promotion.

16. Official Rules

These Official Rules are available at primeputt.com/pages/giveaway-rules. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any advertising or other material, these Official Rules govern. Each Drawing Date is a separate drawing under these Official Rules. These Official Rules, including the Schedule, may be updated prospectively for entries received after the update; the rules in effect when an entry is received govern that entry.
