Refund policy
We have a 30-day refund policy for defective products. This means you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return due to defects in the product(s) for a 100% refund. We gladly accept the return (or exchange) of defective products due to manufacturing and/or workmanship, as well as fulfillment mistakes that we may make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s).

If you would like to return your non-defective mat, please review the following carefully: To be eligible for a return under the 30-day policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
1. To start a return, contact us at info@primeputt.com with your return reason within 30 days of purchase.
2. Package your items carefully in the box. Damaged items will be deducted from the refund.
3. A refund (minus the shipping costs) will be issued back to you. The shipping cost is the amount we were initially charged to ship the product to you, as well as, the amount to ship back to us. If you selected standard shipping within the Continental U.S., you were not charged for shipping when you placed your order; therefore, the cost of the original shipping to you and the cost of shipping to return the product to us will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days after the return has been received for refunds to be processed.
*If you would like to know how much your refund will be after deducting shipping costs, please email info@primeputt.com. For reference, the product purchased, as well as the shipping location, will affect how much is charged for shipping.*
Returns and Exchanges for Custom Orders and International (Non-US) Orders:
Please note that custom orders and international (non-US) orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges. If you have purchased a custom-made product or placed an order outside of the United States, kindly be aware that the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We recommend contacting our Customer Support team at info@primeputt.com to discuss the return process and any applicable fees associated with your specific custom or international order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a non-defective product (for example, order a different size mat), the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@primeputt.com.
