Refund policy

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after date of purchase to request a return due to defects of the product(s) for a 100% refund. We gladly accept the return (or exchange) of products that are defective due manufacturing and/or workmanship, as well as, fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s).

Our hope is that our products exceed your expectations. If they do not, please email info@primeputt.com so we can help to alleviate the issues you may be experiencing.

If you would like to return your non-defective mat, please review the following carefully: To be eligible for a return under the 30-day policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

1. To start a return, you can contact us at info@primeputt.com with your return reason within 30-days of purchase.

2. Package your items carefully in the box. Damaged items will be deducted from the refund.

3. A refund (minus the shipping costs) will be issued back to you. The shipping cost is the amount we were initially charged to ship the product to you, as well as, the amount to ship back to us. If you selected standard shipping within the Continental U.S., you were not charged for shipping when you placed your order; therefore, the cost of the original shipping to you and cost of shipping to return the product to us will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for refunds to be processed, after the return has been received. 

*If you would like to know how much your refund will be after deducting shipping costs, please email info@primeputt.com. For reference, the product purchased, as well as the shipping location, will affect how much is charged for shipping.*

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@primeputt.com.
